Rescue Tower

The rescue tower component of this facility will be several stories tall and will allow our public safety personnel a structure to develop their skills when dealing with elevated tasks such as the operation of ladders at an incident, rope rescue, and roof ventilation during fires.

This is the Rescue Tower currently in use at Ithaca Fire Training Facility.

In addition this feature will be designed with roofs of different pitches to allow for practicing ventilation techniques in different elevated environments, as well as having a confined space component allowing for instruction and training for this type of emergency.
